About us

The Laboratory of Food Technology has been active since 2010 and developed several main research topics.

Our team is composed of bioengineers , biologists, and of biochemists, who regulary produce a good level of scientific productions. The laboratory is in close collaboration with the CARAH asbl, the research center associated to the HEPH-Condorcet, and Hainaut Analyse. It also works in collaboration with national and international industrial and scientific partners.
