How to subscribe ?

If you want to come and follow a part of your studies at the HEPH - Condorcet, feel welcome !

First of all, make sure your institution has signed a bilateral consensus with our University College. You also should make sure your institution selected you for an international mobility and that it transferred this selection to the international relations service of our University College.

Most of our courses are given in French. However, for a better comprehension of what you will get as courses, do not hesitate to contact our International Relations Service in order to get all programs in English.

Your application will only be taken into account when you will have filled the Student Application Form. That must be done at least for the 31st of May if you want to subscribe for the first term, and for the 30th of November if you want to subscribe for the second term. You will need to include three documents with your application : an attestation certifying your level in French (you need to be at least B1), a recto-verso copy of your ID card and a copy of your latest school report.

Your application will only be confirmed when you will get back your Application Form signed by our coordinators. The study agreement to be fulfilled will be included as well as the email address of the professor responsible for the international mobility for the chosen training.

About learning French

The lessons are given in French. Therefore, it is essential that you have the required level in French. The Pôle Hainuyer which consists of all the Higher institutions of the Province of Hainaut organizes internships and trainings in French as Foreign Language (Français Langue Étrangère - FLE, in French) at the beginning of every term and all the academic year long. Those classes are free for international students and they can be valued, per term, in the amount of 5 ECTS credits for the course of the UMONS in Mons, and in the amount of 3 ECTS credits for the course of the HELHa in Tournai.

If you desire more information, we suggest you to visit the website of the Pôle Hainuyer or to contact the International Relations Service.
